If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us to arrange for collection from you. You will have 7 days to return the garment.

Garments will only be exchanged if they are still in the original packaging with no soil or markings, washed or worn. We will inspect the garment on arrival, if all is in good order, we will process the credit voucher or send another set depending on how you wish.

Sale items and deals will only be valid for exchange on the same items originally purchased. It won’t be valid for credit.

We only use The Courier Guy, please allow for 5 -10 days to process the exchange/credit refund
